Is it normal that people who can't read music kinda freak me out? Yeah, maybe I haven't played my horn in a few years, but it weirds me out when someone hasn't learned to play at least one musical instrument.
I used to play the violin when I was a kid. I hated it, so I eventually quit. I still remember how to read sheet music though. To me, it's not a very useful thing to remember. XD
I can play the harmonica but I never learned to properly "read music". All I got is Summertime and Blue Moon. Sorry, please don't look down on me. :(
I don't give a shit about playing any musical instruments or read all of those musical notes thingy. Listening to good music while studying, drawing, shitting or whenever appropriate is all that's only matters to me. Learning them is boring but listening to them is not.
Up to the people if they want to learn a musical instrument then they can invest in doing so or they can choose to put their efforts in something else they like. Not everyone is musically gifted
I wanted to play the tuba in achool(bag pipe wasnt an option) they have me something else. My interest went right out the window. Never learned how to read music after that
