I've read many stories where the title/subject will say something like, "is it normal I want to dig my eyeball out?" then the text will say something like, "is there something wrong with me? Should I get professional help?"
Well...which way do you vote? For the title or the text?
Is it normal that I'm so annoyed by this?
Yeah..I guess I try to be helpful and politely point out a clarification with a comment. I decided to post this to draw attention to how important that can be.
I vote on the title, and sometimes I won't vote at all. It doesn't bother me though, they are only screwing it up for themselves if they do it.

is it normal to want to dig your eyebal out... that is the topic of the post so that is what you vote as normal or not... and extra questions are meant to be answered by a comment
I agree with you, sometimes I vote final question, sometime title, depends on the post and how it is worded
