Is it normal sore sternum and ribcage?

I don't really recognize it throughout the day. But at night, when I'm laying down for sleep, my sternum and ribcage are pretty sore. Is this normal?

    What did you do? Something very strenuous?

    Mine too, and when I stretch. I think it's from sleeping on my stomach.
