Is it normal sleep!?

It's been a week already, and for some reason I can't sleep at night, no matter how hard I try to fall asleep I just can't! The only time i sleep now is during the day!? Is this normal? Any tips to fix this problem?

I'm the same way. I think I'm nocturnal.

    No tips.

My sleeping pattern is reliable only in that it routinely fucks itself up. I feel your pain OP.

    1. Sleeping pills at night

    2. Force yourself awake during the day.

There are actually a few people i know who are like this. You don't need drugs or medication!Start taking naps at night time, and take walks during day time.Just do this for a few days, weeks or months it depends on how long you've been sleeping in daylight!Try it!If it doesn't work, well you're screwed!

You need to have a healthy diet and do some exercise, don't eat 2 hours before bed and focus on your breathing in and out while laying down it might help also if you're looking at a bright screen before bed because it tells you're Braun that you need to be awake.

    No. See a doctor.

I'm like this too. I can't sleep at night without medication. You need to talk to a doctor about it as soon as possible, because sleep deprivation can really mess you up.

Insomnia has had a captivity over my life, I recommend melatonin because it is a naturally produced chemical of our brains that will indeed induce sleep. Marijuana does help, but I don't recommend it because it will cause dependency on it for your brain to induce sleep. 9mg of melatonin daily should bombard your brain with the desire to sleep in about one week, keep taking it daily.
Trust me, I'm a doctor. Or am I? Who knows this is the internet, I could be Santa Claus.

I actually just slept 3 hours too and do so loads :) don't worry, it's normal (because you're not the only person) but it is a problem. I suggest sleeping pills.

Drink or smoke yourself to sleep. That's what I do, anyway. If it wasn't because of vices, I would be a zombie right now.

When my sleeping schedule rolls around to my natural preference (6am to 10am), the only way to get it back to what the world says it should be, is to shock it by withholding sleep until, say, midnight. If I'm not tired at midnight, I wait until midnight the day following. It messes you up for a few days, but you get back on track.
