Is it normal since i've gotten older that I cum less (volume) than when I was younger and it also doesn't shoot the way it used too. It mostly runs out and is about half as much. I noticed a difference at about 45. Is this normal and is there anything I can do to help this.

    I have no idea! However I know that for lots of young men their sperm does not shoot out of their penis but "runs out".
