Is it normal show autistic behavior but i've not in any way autisic?

I do two things that are usually shown in autistic people. I like small spaces. I went into a small spaces and I didn't even feel that anxious but I immediately felt relived when I was in a smaller space. Or if I can touch the floor/wall with my hands while I'm sitting some where. It just calms me. That I've read is a behavior of autistic ppl. And I love the feel of weighted blankets. It makes me so calm and I know those are mainly for ppl with autism. Are these things weird to do?? That I find these things extra comforting and reduces my anxiety?? Is there something I should know about myself or is there another explanation or no explaintion at all??

It's a spectrum, or rather a set of spectrums, so of course it's normal.

I mean, if you read the symptoms of some random mental illness and only connect with the most ''normal'' ones, then you might as well have every mental illness in the world.

Autism is this generations new mental disorder fad. I remember when cutting and depression was considered emo and cool. Now it is autism for some reason. I see and hear many people claim they have autism either to make excuses for being awkward or just to come across as different or really smart when they are otherwise normal and want to make no effort to strengthen their social skills.
