Is it normal she sneezed and lost her intelligence?

My friend used to be normal. Then she sneezed and she said it hurt her head. Since that happened she's been totally stupid and annoying. It's been a long time since the sneeze happened and she turned into a shitforbrains bitch. Can a sneeze really do that?

Yeah that's why people eat boogers. They're trying to get the brains back in there

    No, it's not normal.
A sneeze typically has no effect on someone's life except relocating congestion and irritants from within their nasal passage to their hands, clothing, or if they're quick enough - a tissue.

She probably had an aneurysm or something. Take her for an MRI. She might have some swelling in her brain from it and the pressure in her skull is making her act weird. Does she complain of headaches or of numbness in her hands or feet or face? Odd noises that aren't there? Or other hallucinations?

If sneezing made her intelligence drop I don't think it really has anything to do with the fact she sneezed. If people intelligence start to disappear because of illness its more likely to be stroke, cancer or something that is severely damaging her brain or overall health of their body.

I think you are probably just very stupid and made a stupid assumption on two things which are not truly connected. It could also be for some reason she stopped studying or stopped caring about education as she had before and you barely started to catch on.

If she is suffering chronic illness maybe its difficult to concentrate so they seem stupid but its because they are too ill to properly function.

No. But that was a fun story. "She sneezed and became an idiot..."
Make her sneeze again, maybe she'll turn into a genius this time. Hah!
