I know for a fact he is not married. He does have two kids from past relationships (one of these kids is six years OLDER than her). I still don't know if I should tell her how I feel about it....but last night,he called her at 3 IN THE MORNING for sex.... And the other night,they came home from a "date",she was wasted,completely naked,and reeked of cigarettes. he left her out at our door. Luckly the people we rent from are out of town. Age is nothing but a number however this situation is not normal I really think this guy is cheating on his WIFE not your friend its clearly nothing more than a sexual relationship that's why he calls her late at night its a booty call he's using her if you decide to tell her how you feel she could get pissed off at you for sticking your nose in her business I'd probably keep my opinions to myself

Helter Skelter, they are exactly right. It's probably not gonna last, and it's pretty sad that this girl is probably gonna end up hurt really bad. And at his age he should know better. Shes 18, a very young woman who, compared to him, is just a naive young girl. If he fucks her over the way I have a feeling he probably is, then the guy is a straight up asshole.

Some people say, that it could stem from problems with her father. I don't know. I couldn't say, I don't know her home life. Maybe you do. And I'm not saying that she shouldn't know better by the age of 18, but the poor girl is probably searching for something through him that she hasn't found in the people who truly love her, and are close to her.

I think you need to really talk to her about this. Tell her that you don't mean to get into her business, and you're only letting her know to look out for her as a friend. But he's gonna end up breaking her heart, and he's only in it for the sex.
