Is it normal she reacted like this?
I'll try to keep this short.
Last Sunday I was watching football. And if you're an American, you know how us men are about our sports programs. It's like Sunday church to us. My Gf is a huge sports fan too. We were watching the game and drinking beer. As the third quarter drew near, we had nearly finished the pack of beer. She drank more than me but, neither of us were drunk. She drank the last beer and I think she should have been willing to go out to buy more.
We started to argue about who should be the one to go out and buy more beer. I love football, I live for it. She knows this. Why would she say that I'm the one who wants it, I should go buy it? She drank the last one? Then she says that if I hadn't been drinking the night before, there'd be more beer. True. But I didn't drink the last one.
We didn't want to miss any of the game. That's why neither of us wanted to go. She told me I could listen to it on the radio. I told her she could do the same. Things kinda got out of hand. She shut me out and said. "If you want beer go and get it yourself! I'm not going nowhere today!"
It was the look on her face when she said that, that's what made me snap. Then I broke a beer bottle over her head. I used my drunkenness as an excuse for why I hit her with the bottle but, the truth is, I wasn't drunk at all. We are cool now. I'm usually a nice guy. I feel guilty for being weak but, she did deserve it.
Is it normal?
