So my gf and I frequently have sex. However, lately I realize that after sex there is a little blood on my boxers and condom. She says after sex she is sore. I try to be gentle but it doesn't help she still bleeds. Im a 6'1 black guy and she is a 5'4 Asian to give you a jist of the scenario, and she also is always sore after sex. Is this normal?

Does she complain of the soreness after sex, or can she feel it during the sex? It might not be the force of you (though you're smart to try being gentler), sometimes it's just the position. Many things can cause micro tears in the vagina: little lubrication (if she isn't wet enough, use lube!), awkward positions, force, going in completely then holding.
Micro tears are painless, heal fast and aren't anything to worry about (without a condom,bacteria can get in them though), so the bleeding isnt anything more than an inconvenience.
The soreness could be serious though (if it's after sex it can be normal, during is worrisome), please have her talk to a doctor about it.
This isn't commonly known, but a man can actually be to big for a girl. My bf is to big for me as well. Try not going in as far, use lube, and lots of foreplay
