Is it normal ringing ears

So basically i went to a rave on friday night to early saturday morning. Its now monday morning and i still have a really bad ringing in my ears. i forgot to wear any ear protection (and didnt really want to tbh) additional information: The rave i went to, fabric, has previously been fined for playing too loud music according to my mate, i did take some mdma if that has anything to do with it, i hardly drank any alcohol

    My hearing is permanently damaged from loud music. I regret it occasionally if I'm somewhere noisy and I can't pick out someone's voice from the noise, but no-one would have persuaded me to wear ear protection, so I only have myself to blame. You will damage your ears, though, just like I did.

    You'll be ok, but Id recommend ear protection if you're going any place that loud again. It seems silly now to wear ear plugs, but in 20 years that'll make a huge difference :p

    Normal, you've damaged your ear drums. It will go away soon, but if is persists beyond 4/5 days you have a problem and should see a Doctor. Preferably Doctor Who.
