Is it normal relationship with problems

Well as the title says I have problems with my relationship. I've been with my current girlfriend for 10 nearly 11 months. And I love her to absolute bits. But my question is, is it normal to fight as much as we do. Now saying we fight I'm not saying I hit her in any way, I'm talking about in security issues and such forth which leads to verbal fighting.
Ill tell you what I mean. I'm 17 she's 15
Different schools. Now we have been together for along time. Well my longest her second longest.
Now we have so much insecurity that we don't trust each other even if we say we do. I made the mistake of flirting with someone else while in our relationship. To find out she was doing the same. I know i did stop. I have no idea if she has. Now here's our main problem we have broken up 11-13 times in 10 months IIN? For that many times.
Oh and is it normal to have sex at least every night?
Now I enjoy it but 2 problems
1. I have low sperm count meaning I last along time.
2. We don't use condoms because of that.

IIN?

All help would be appreciated with both problems thank you <3

    Wow you are really immature for a 17 year old...Tsk Tsk Tsk. Anyshits, a low sperm count has nothing to do with lasting longer AND you can still get her pregnant or contact an STD. Wrap your willy.

    please use protection if you dont plan on having a baby or catching a disease. it only takes ONE sperm to impregnate a girl, low sperm count or not.
    and yes its normal for kids to fight in teenage relationships. you are both too young and immature to be in a serious relationship anyway. dont take it so seriously.
