Is it normal pointy teeth?

I have very visibly pointed molars and canine teeth (every single one). We're not talking d.i.y. cannibal teeth here (even though they look that way), just natural but sharp enough to easily puncture the insides of my cheeks, and even enough to scrape skin, though the latter only applies to a few of them. (As you can imagine, biting down on my tongue is excruciating). IIN, and what can I do about them?

There's a extremely rare condition called "NEMO", for short. While women carry the gene for it, only their sons can get the condition. The biggest sign is that people with NEMO have sharp, shark-like teeth.
