So, why aren't you worried about a heart condition? Maybe that pound was the result of a salty meal and you're just retaining water. Get rid of the scale, get regular exercise, and eat properly. Trust me, you won't get fat.
How is that a normal way to deal with stress?!
You are at risk for an eating disorder.
Seek help, while you are still ahead.
Your liver is what converts fat, and if your liver is clogged with poisons from HFCS and the crap they put on non-organic crops and the way they treat livestock before slaughter helps make us fat and unhealthy. Organic/raw apple cider vinegar helps unclog your liver. Plus don't eat non-organic meat. (watch the movie food inc if you really wanna understand why)
Here is an easy way to help with weight loss. Drink a glass of water with a tablespoon (give or take) of organic raw apple cider vinegar before every meal. This will really help a lot more than any expensive ass unhealthy pills. A large bottle of the organic and raw apple cider vinegar is about $5. Plus don't eat when it's dark out. It's a natural, biological thing. Try these 2 things instead. When you take into account your health at the same time, it'll be a lot more effective.
listen to me all you have to do is eat the right foods and walk or ride a bike and when you start feeling the burn keep on going because your burning the fat but please stop eating the pills its not good for you or for your body and liver all you have to do is get on a bike or take a walk i like riding my bike more
That doesn't sound healthy. Also, weight really isn't a good measurement; percent fat and muscle tone are more accurate. Eating disorders are usually associated with the need to control due to lack of control somewhere else. Are you sure something else isn't going on in your life?
Diet pills also do crap. Your body is smarter than that.
I don't take diet pills but that's certainly a normal way to deal with the stress.
