People come to me and I show them cleary which option to choose. A light goes off in their mind with the knowlege I give them and they go for that option, but soon after they come back to me and Im not sure what happens. I don't know if all the facts I'm showing them is to much or what but it get rather anoying when they revert baer to "duhhr what did you just say ?" Why do people have a hard time taking you're advice and paying attention? They start looking confused which realy pisses me off. my red light goes on and off numorous times I burst out into a sporatic repititional rage. For some reason getting angry is a relief to them, I don'tunderstand that one either. Its like they're mocking me for fun! Aparently as far as valuable information goes morr ison't better because people can't handle it. They realy press my buttons sometimes.

    So you are an authority on something and it's your job to direct people, but they dare to question your authoratay and explore other ideas with you, hoping for more information, and this makes you furious. You lose your temper like a child and you wonder why they think it's funny? Do you live in a free country where people can make their own decisions, smart or dumb, as they please?

    I'd hate to be rude, but I can barely figure out what you are saying. Your post is barely intelligible.

    From what I can gather, you're giving people advice and then getting pissed when they are not following it or doing something their own way. You talk about them in a manner in which you are painting them as idiots, but if you're speech skills in real life are anything like what I am seeing now, they probably don't understand what the fuck you're saying and it probably has nothing to do with their intelligence.

    Well, obviously you have a temper too so why don't you ask YOURSELF why getting angry would be "relieving"? Maybe they are getting angry because you speak in a very disorganized and unintelligible manner and getting more angry that you're pissed off at THEM for not being able to understand this... waaaarrrrgaaaarrrbblllll. OR, consider the possibility that you're wrong. If you're too cocky to consider that possibility then you have your answer there and think about it.

    Just kidding ;) Maybe you are giving people too many options? People in the workplace don't really want options, they want to be told what to do so they don't have to take responsibility for actually making a decision. Try giving them just two options.
