Is it normal no one takes me seirous for nothing just because they think im a pretty girl??? It's annoying i want to be more then just a pretty girl i have a brain and im already high up in my company i work for but still no one really takes me seirous

All the more reason for you to make your move while they are so unsuspecting. You have a great advantage in my opinion :)
i know someone who has the same problem, but i think (NO OFFENSE) that the problem lays with you. you can do something about it
People think that pretty girls are stupid because theyr`e jealous of them.

Funnily enough, did you ever read that the sales of blonde hair dye dropped significantly with the recession as females returned to being brunettes.
Apart from your spelling, maybe you shouldn't wear short skirts or giggle in the hallways flirting with your colleagues.
I doubt it matters what you look like as attractive people generally do better than unattractive / ugly people in the workplace.
People don't take me serious in general. Some people I know do, but some don't and act like I'm insignificant. Try to prove them wrong. Hopefully, they'll start to show you respect.
