Is it normal that every time a friendship ends or a relationship i usually don't feel sad or really care. Then other people like the friend or ex is mad or sad that it ended and even there friends care. But I really don't and just forget about them. Then everyone calls me uncaring and unemotional. Am I unemotional or are they over caring?

Maybe you're a psychopath or a sociopath which isn't necessarily a bad thing. If you are though, your brain may lack a functional department that registers the feeling of empathy.
I'm similar, but it's part of my condition. I do however become quite hot blooded upon losing possession of a person or object, though that also fades quite quickly when something else catches my eye.
So I am quite emotional at times, it just isn't linked to any identifiable feeling like it would be in a normal person.
Are you like that at all?
No there annoying and to loud they need to learn to be quite but they were never taught to and i can't teach them without hurting them so i ignore them.
Not caring about certain aspects does not mean you don't care about anything. I have seen a few posts about this, and I am sure they are from you. It just seems you are trying to convince us that you are "unemotional", rather than actually asking, as if to try show "look at me, I don't care about anything", but the simple fact that you cared enough to ask a large community of people on this subject shows that you are not an apathetic person.
