Is it normal painting of a dog in a shirt and tie??

i am an art student and i did a painting on a canvas of my dogs head. and then i am putting a shirt and tie on him. and then with a wall paper design on the background.. is this cool or just weird and not cool? xx

    I'm going with not cool. If aliens ever conquer earth and make human beings pets, I don't want to be a part of some joke that's beyond my capacity to understand.

    It's your idea, why do you care if people think it's weird or cool if it's something you want to create?

    I would say it's not the most original idea you could think of. Anthropomorphism is fairly typical in art, especially surreal art.
