Is it normal pad chaffing
Usually at the end of my period my pad begins to chaff my bottom. It's pretty uncomfortable but is it normal?

Not if you're changing them often enough.
You may want to switch to tampons or softcups.

Yeah. It's basically the same thing as diaper rash. You've had liquid held against your bits for days.
If you're going to wear a pad, make sure you wash the area regularly and change your pad frequently. Otherwise this will happen.
