Is it normal our parents punished us this way?

When me and my sister were bad, our parents would make us take off our clothes, stand outside naked and wave to any cars or people that passed by. They would make us hold hands or put or arms over each other's shoulders, I think so we couldn't try to cover ourselves. Is this normal?

    Well its definately not normal. Dangerous is more like it. I can just imagine some pedo slamming on the breaks and backing it right on up. Now for me, I would drive slowly by with a camera lol
