Is it normal or possible to be too considerate?

Treating people the way you want to be treated may not be the way to go after all. Perhaps it is best to treat folks the way they want to be treated instead, whenever possible, safe, sane, legal and reasonable of course. It really is not too difficult to meet people where they are I think yet mine is only one opinion and I'm posting here to get yours so thanks for the read.

    It's possible.

    It's best to treat others well whenever possible, meaning however they would like to be treated, even it's not the way you'd like to be treated. If you don't know how they'd like to be treated, then it's a smart to treat them the way you would like.

    Sometimes, people don't deserve to be treated well.

    Sometimes, treating people well won't get you want you want / need, but treating them badly will.

    I always put other people's needs before my own. It doesn't pay off, yet I still do it because that's just how I am.

    Sometimes being too considerate means people will pick up on it and use you like a piece of toilet paper. Be good, but be true to yourself and don't go out of the way for someone who can easily get what they need by themselves
