Is it normal not to worry about anything?

I live my life with no worries, for the rest of my days. It's my problem free philosophy. But when I try to explain my philosophy to people who worry so much, they can't comprehend it. I see absolutely no point in worrying about anything. It takes a toll on your mind and body and is useless. People worry all the time about stuff that MIGHT happen, when there's a 99% chance it isn't even going to happen. I try to tell people this, and that if by the off chance it did happen, then you can worry about it then, and know that there is nothing in this world that you can't get through and be better for it. People will worry every day for a solid 2+ weeks for something that isn't going to change no matter how much you worry about it, and if it happens, it happens, even though it most likely won't. Is it normal to be so worry free?

  • I feel the same way about this. It actually irritates me when people worry so much because even if it happens there usually isn't much that could be done about it. I would rather live life than waste time worrying. I cannot comprehend why most people do.

I'm envious of people who never worry about anything. My loved ones are always telling me that I worry too much. I wish I could stop, but it's easier said than done, especially when you've been a worrier your whole life like me.

    • Don't worry about the things you can't change. If you don't like something, change it, if you can't change it, change the way you think about it.
