Is it normal not to sleep enough?
I can't sleep, even though I just slept 8 hours the last for days? (2h each day)
It's not like I couldn't, it's just in the evening I just keep beeing up for nothing, doing some homeworks after midnight and texting to people who are already asleep. Onviously they answer the following day. It destroys my life that I push all work after midnight. Does this happen to someone else too? Is this normal?
I'd be glad to get some advice for making it easier to start something unpleasant.
