Is it normal not to have a life after a breck up?

I have been in two serious relationships within the past three years , I went on a trip out of the country and came back with nothing. I'm single now , not so much in pain , just bored. I pushed my friends away because of my girlfriends(i still have a one or two left but not many). So now I'm single , bored and can not stop thinking about sex. Is this normal?

    yes its normal.
    i was in a relationship for 5 years, married for 4 of them. she was my only relationship ever and still has been. we split up 4 years ago and i never go out, i keep myself in a sort of prison really. a prison with doors and im free to leave but i dont.
    she cheated on me, yet i feel like the one who is being tortured.

    You say that nanimeow and I agree that that's how it should be!!! but many men are abusive behind closed doors and that's why people tend to disappear because they aren't allowed to go anywhere or else they will have consequences, like getting cheated on or yelled at and abused for going to hang with friends.

    Yes, just remember in your next serious relationship not to ditch your friends and it won't happen again. I got SO annoyed when my friends would disappear completely when they got in a relationship. We are perfectly capable of having many relationships in our lives.
