I'm pretty healthy but I can go a few months without having my period and I'm not on any birth control either.
I know about "Scatter Periods" but I probably only had my period maybe 3 or 4 times in a year.
So that equals up to 3/4 periods in a year.
It depends. If you're very athletic and/or have very low body fat, this is normal, but you might want to consider talking to a doctor about whether your weight is healthy for you. It could be because of something else, though.
Anyway, you should talk to a doctor about it.

If you are still very young, it could also mess up now and then, but 4 times in a year sounds too few even then. Just throwing that out there.
Also, if you ARE sexually active but not on birth control, those could be miscarriages, but i assume you wouldn't be sexually active without considering birth control or the possibility of pregnancy.
