It annoys me when people put food on their plate, don't eat it and I wanted it. Why should I have to eat breast chicken because someone else put two legs on their plate and then decided thy didn't want them?

Fuck that. If I can't force it down in the first place I'll save it for later!
If I'm not hungry, I give my food to someone else or wrap it up for later.
Breast chicken is nicer than leg chicken... Just saying.
Anyway, some people's eyes are bigger than their mouths and they overestimate their bellies. Other people don't like what they're eating enough to jam it all in. If you're so eager to clean their plate for them, ask if you can finish what they've left.
That, or accept that some people are more picky, more full or less enamoured with what's on their plate than you are and move on.

Yeah it's so fucking annoying they get it then they handle it but throw it away.
I only eat food if it looks BEAUTIFUL and eat only the BEAUTIFUL part of it. Yeah, I'm picky.
Never had a problem with my apetite. Especially when I go into a mass gaining mode. So i lick the plate clean cause I'm still hungry :)
I always make sure that no-one else wants the bit that I want, then I'll take it. But I always use a knife and fork, sometimes even for sandwiches - so no-one has a problem with taking my uneaten food... But maybe that's just my friends!
My sister half-eats everything and yes, it's extremely annoying. There's always something half eaten in the refrigerator that she's saving for later. I don't like eating after people or throwing away food so it stays like that.
I'd rather go back for seconds than put too much on my plate. The only exception is Thanksgiving, but in that case I pile it high and eat everything even when I'm full because.... it's Thanksgiving. I freaking love ham, macaroni, and stuffing.
Whether the food i serve or am served gets and eaten and shit out or goes in the bin, its all the same to me
