Is it normal not to dream or not to remember your dreams at all?

I go to sleep and wake up. I have not had dream in while i say i dream mayb 10 times a year and they are nightmares. Am I subconsciously forgeting my dreams because I dont like them. It can't be brain damage even though i have some head truma from sports and senseless endeavors. Also I dont remember much. I study karate I remember blocksets and etc. But not katas and I have frequent headaches. IS THIS NORMAL?

yes, it's normal not to remember dreams. the only time i remember mine is if i wake up in the middle of one and even then if i don't write it down i'll forget it shortly after waking.

as for not remembering things in general maybe a suppliment might help with that.

I only vaguely remember my dreams, its normal to dream, everyone dreams, but we usually
don't have any recollection of it, so some
people believe they 'don't ever have dreams'

  • My husband only vaguely remembers his dreams if they were particularly intense, which is a few times a year. I ALWAYS remember my dreams; it has good and bad effects.

  • Well firstly I believe that not having dreams is completely normal. I have read about dreams before and can't quite remember but I remember that no one can remember dreams. It's usually made up. Me however can remember dreams and many others can. So dreams are messed up thoughts
