Is it normal not to dream at night?
Either I dont remember my dreams or I just dont dream at all. I use to dream a lot as a kid, but when I got older it all stoped. Also, when I wake up from a sleep I always feel like crap. Somewhat lost.

I read a medical article that said waking up feeling exhausted and not remembering your dreams means you aren't falling into a deep enough sleep to reach the REM stage. You aren't resting well. Talk to your dr about it or try to get to the bottom of why you aren't sleeping well.
That's weird. But supposedly if you eat before you sleep you remember your dreams. And it seems to be true cause it happens to me.
Everyone dreams at night, it's impossible not to dream at night. Your problem is you can't remember your dreams, sadly there is almost nothing you can do about it. If you want nightmares then sleep in a cold environment, but there is a chance you might not remember those either...
