Every human being dreams whether you remember it or not! Unless you don't sleep long enough to have a dream like lets say you regularly sleep for 3-5 hours a night, i doubt you will get a chance to dream a lot..

People always dream, its just that they don't always remember. Unless you snore... I've heard that people who snore don't dream. I guess its because they're not entering the dream phase of the sleep. Thats only what I've heard.

Dreaming is only the first step. Your dreams will never come true if you never make it happen. =)

It could be that you snore every second when you are asleep otherwise, you just don't remember

Dreaming is the bodies way if keeping sane from every day life. You dream every night most people forget their dream within 10 minutes of being awake, some people remember more than others. I do have bad news for those that TRULY do NOT dream. Like I said before, dreaming is the body's way of keeping sane, the only ones who do not dream are usually those who are mentally insane:(

    yes it's normal ..
if you really really really want to see a dream ..
try to find yourself a friend who is next to you while you sleep ... and tell him to wake you up when you are in REM state...

    REM - Rapid Eye Movement

sleeping gives time for the brain to store up the important memories that you have gotten while you are awake and search throught the important ones and not so importand ones and tries to connect them with your older experiences of related stuff.
and in the REM state you are lust reliving different simulations that your brain is setting up like running around with a rifle in the jurrasic park :D
and while REM sleep your body is paralized only your eyes can move and if you are woken up at that time bam you remember what you have just seen ... if any other time you might have problems remembering it.

    ty for the read

    tl;dr
try waking up while you are in REM sleep

If you focus and said affirmations and such you could recall your dreams and even take up the challenge to become a frequent lucid dreamer.

Not actually recalling a dream is a sign of a healthy sleep pattern I have heard it said. If this is so, consider yourself fortunate.
