I really really like my boyfriend, he looks good, does everything a girl wants and I can have great times with him. But deep inside I know I'm not in love with him. I know he is taking the relationship serious and I don't want to hurt him. Does it need time or is there never going to happen more?

I don't think you should give it more time. I feel like if its not working, the longer you wait to tell him, the more painful, and harder its going to be. I think you should end it before its too late. But think it over before you do it. I don't know how long you have been with him, but maybe you haven't really given it(love) enough time to grow.
You better tell him now. Same thing happened with my ex. It truly hurts but if you don't love him anymore, you're better off ending it than having you live a lie. You will hurt him, it's unavoidable.
Also, my ex tried to fall back in love with me but it didn't happen. The same could happen to you. Just a little note for you. (She told me this when she fell out of love and we tried to work it out and it didn't work out)
You're going find out you did love him when he's not there anymore. Oftentimes, we don't know we love until it hurts. You can learn to love someone. If he's worth it, take the time to develop feelings with it. Or if there's something that's preventing you from loving him but you just can't put a finger on it, then believe in yourself ;)
