Is it normal not to be able to have an orgasm?

I am a 36 year old woman, for as long as I can remember I have never been able to have a "real" orgasm.
I'll get to the peak & think it will happen, then nothing :(
At some times it will be so strong my uterus will even get really hard too.
Is this normal? Has this ever happened to anyone you know?

    I've had that experience before.......where you build up and get to the peak but just can't get that orgasm. In my case it was because I was on an antidepressant and that was one of the side effects.

    I come through oral and fingering but never penetration, its kinda annoying

    Also maybe your trying a bit to hard or thinking about it to much. That puts me off sometimes.

    I had this problem but it was due to medication. Have u started any new meds?

    I would suggest taking some time to yourself to play. There's no rush... there's no one who will fail you if you don't get your orgasm right away.

    There's no rules.

    Just play and see what you like.

    you might however want to invest in some lube... that may help make it easier (for both external and internal play)
