Is it normal not interested to take postgrad?

Friends and family have been suggesting me to take postgraduate degree. For some reason, I have no interest whatsoever to go back to college. The thoughts of memorizing books and taking exams do not excite me at all. Even for doing subjects I like. I've been woking for 13 yrs now since I graduated. Is it normal?

After four years at uni I couldn't face studying anymore but three years later I'm doing my post-grad and am enjoying it. You'd actually enjoy it after you get back into it. Learning and new challenges are or should always be always fun.

You shouldn't have to do it if you don't want to.

Darkoil: Really? No nonsense like memorizing thick books, preparing assignments and doing exams?

Yeah i have like one week left, 1 exam, 1 1000 word essay and then my study which I basically got told what to do by 2 tutors and 1 PHD students because they want the study to be published with their names on it as co authors. The rest of the year was piss easy aswell, im in 1 morning a week and the last 2 exams i had in january got given as take home exams. In the past 4 years of university I haven't written a single note in any lecture.
