    It's genetics. Some people have hair on their knuckles and on their feet, some don't. Nothing unusual.

    Normal but dont pluck it could cause irritation

    ive lived with this and ive learned how to deal with it. to avoid ingrown hairs, pluck them right out of a hot shower. if u still ever get ingrown hair, use micro derabrasion scrub and/or exfoliater.
