Is it normal, no girlfriend since birth and i'm 18?

I'm 18 then I met this girl which is 2 years younger than me. We talk, chat and text every time. But when my friend in school like her so I was kinda keep a distance to her and let my friend to be with her and now they have mutual feelings. I thought she was the one to whom I will be with forever but other guys got her and she fell in love in my friend. I have no experience in this kind of matter "Girlfriends?" that is not in my vocabulary before. But now I've added it. :p haha.. Now is it ok to be single at this age? I'm 18, a legal age. I'm not a good looking guy but you can trust this guy! :) He will never leave you alone. Sometimes he is the one who is always alone and left out. :'(

    I don't think you're too young. As for that girl, well you sort of backed off and allowed your friend to pursue her. Its kind of your fault. But trust me, there are still some girls out there that are looking for a guy like you. Hope you find her.

    DUDE I WOULD HAVE SAID "FUCK" your friend.
    if he was your buddy he wouldn't have had a problem with it just like how you didnt have a problem with him getting with her. you could have almost thought of it as the move "this means war"
