My girlfriend was playing the nervous game with one of her friends, on their own and he ended up touching her boob.... Is it normal?
yes. normal. it was just a game and honestly a boob touch is no big deal.

I would be very reluctant to say that it is not normal, but I don't exactly want to say that it is very normal and common. It is pretty much just a matter of one's own comfort with their body, and that individuals level of comfort with another individual touching their body...
