I lost my virginity to my ex-boyfriend and after the first time, it hurt everytime until he broke my hymen. Then i almost had sex with the current guy i have feelings for but i was so tight he could'nt get inside me. He said i was tight like a virgin, but i didnt have sex 3 months prior to that. Is it normal for my vagina to be this tight and how can i make it a little wider?

    That's normal. A lack of activity will cause your canal to shrink a bit.

    However this can be overcome by two things
    1) your age - remember women don't stop developing until they're 25 or so. So if you're younger than that you may still be under-sized inside.

    2) your level of sexual desire - as your desire increases your body produces more lubrication and the canal itself will actually widen. if you try penetration too soon before this then it may be a bit uncomfortable.

    in other words, it's OK - and actually better - to have more foreplay before you get into being poked.

    Bite down in something and just get him to push harder. If he grabs into your hair when he does it, y'know, give it a good pull as he's squeezing in, that could get him a bit deeper.

    Maybe if he bites your back a bit, that could help.
