My sister is 3 years younger than me. She has a crush on an older guy. He's 30 she's 23. She was bullied a lot in school she's afraid to date younger guys or guys her age she's worried they won't be nice to her. Our older brother was also never around he was on drugs and was in and out of jail a lot she probably sees him as an older brother too. She said when he hugs her she feels safe with him she's already told him she likes him but she hasn't told him she has a crush on him she's scared especially since he's older. She's told our mom and her friends that she's obsessed with him and she likes him. She said he's so cute and he's fun too. She said she's gonna see him again tonight. She's been hanging out with him every night she said he's really nice. Her friend is having a party on Sunday she wants him to be her date but she's even afraid to ask him. Is it normal that she likes him ? She wants to know if she should tell him she has a crush on him ?

    I like older guys just becos they have there shit together more often and tend to be more mature. So I'd say its within the boundaries of normal thats not that big of a difference.

    Id say he's about her age.

    With girls, it should be older guys. With guys it should be younger girls

    Thats natural to me. So yea the age difference is normal.

    A 23 year old dating a 30 year old is hardly pedophilia, and 7 years is not really that dramatic an age difference when we're talking adults (it would be for children or teens). She's a grown woman, there's nothing wrong with that attraction she has.
