    There's fat in your poop. That's why it floats. Eat better, fattyfatfatmcfatterson. If you eat well then go to the doctor.

    Dr. House taught me that a diet high in fat will give you floaters. Put down the donuts and cheezburgers and you will get more submarines and less battleships.

    ..although that show isn't entirely medically accurate so I might be wrong.

    I went to dr POOPs for bum inspection it made me feel runny so i pooped on the neighbours cat and she was loving it

      Yea I head floating poop means the diet is full of fat and cholesterol. Someone else in this post said Dr. Oz said it is normal to have floating poop but I'm not too sure about that.
