Is it normal my perfume smells different on me now?

I've been wearing the same perfume for almost 3 years now, I always spray it on my neck and lately I noticed it smells different than it used to. It's like different notes or something are coming out now. Did my body chemistry change? Sense of smell? Or what?

    Could be your body chemistry or the company changed the formula. I remember the Body Shop has a scent called "White Musk" that used to smell AWESOME years ago but now it doesn't smell as good.
