My dad ruins my day just by walking in the room and my mom annoys the shit out of me whenever she talks. I don't know what to do.

    So you gegt agitated just by their presence? That needs further examination, maybe you should figure out what it is that bothers you so much about your parents. Not normal to get angry over nothing.

    That is very normal! I'm in the same boat! Dad always comes home in a pissy mood and all I get is do this Shay don't catch an attitude! From my mom! It's normal I promise just go with the flow and stay calm

    I feel the same way. There are resentments I haven't worked through. Now that I don't live with them I have more control over how much I see/talk to them and that has made it easier.
