    I'm assuming that is misspelled? Simple solution,try bathing on a regular basis!
    For my professional diagnosis though I would need more information. And I would need to know what Paginas is. call my office and schedule an appointment ASAP.

    use some antiseptics like Bithional while taking bath..or take some anti fungal like clobestrol ..

    Perhaps, you meant Penis?

    It could be itching from lack of bathing or even an infection.
