Is it normal my neighbors drive me insane?

I live in a one room + bathroom apartment. My neighbor on the right is a paranoid old lady who thinks I'm dangerous and sell coke. I sell legal marijuana synths. She calls the cops on me once every two weeks.

On the other side is this woman with two kids and 3 puppies. The 12 year old is crazy. He peed out the door once, and once he snuck... In... My... Apartment! And cut up a picture of my favorite person! The 6 year old is just as bad, running around the halls and screaming. The mom does meth and is constantly harrassing me for weed and meth money, and always wants to smoke with me so she can steal my items. And the dogs are constantly YAPPING! But, I can't talk to the landlord because the landlord doesn't even care what happens to the apartments, lucky for me.

is it normal or is this a special case?

    I used to live in an apartment complex like that. It was cheap, and cheap apartments attract loads of weirdos. I would move out if I were you. Those folks seem like they could bring you shit tons of trouble.

    I agree with Splashy and Neuro.

    It's a shame that your landlord won't do anything. The old lady blames the wrong person and the drug addict is crazy and invading your privacy. I don't know what the rent is like, but you aren't living in a very safe or stable situation. You could try to find another apartment or move somewhere safer.

    Normal if the apartments are cheap. Low rent often attracts freaks in the wrong area.

    dear so sad i have deleted my suggestions cause i realised that they would not be convenient for you, sorry bout that long and convuluted plans for peace in yr home,
    never let meth lady in yr home any excuse will do, be polite but get distant by degrees until its a curt nod only in the hall. lock yr doors at all times and use a loud voice to the kids very loud but not angryu, so they know , you know and everyone else knows what they are up to, the victim thing has to go for you to get yr life in order, sound harsh but i believe it, you can do it but it is like a marathon you just have to keep at it till u get yr second wind, good luck

    Holy shit these old hags would piss the hell outta me if I were in your shoes..honestly if I saw some little kid walking in my house and vandalising any of my shit, well his mom shouldnt be surprized once he finds him beaten to a pulp..this will teach him manners something his crackwhore of a mother is failing to do.
