Is it normal my neighbor went nuts over missing wrestling?

I was talking on the phone and suddenly it died due to an interruption of the cable service. 5 seconds later my neighbor is roaming the streets hollering and upset because he's missing the last 5 minutes of wrestling! This guy is like 35 or so! He was going around asking other neighbors if their cable is out too screaming, whining and crying about missing the end of his wrestling show. He also thinks that every time the cable goes out that it's a conspiracy against our neighborhood. IIN?

    Wanna hear worse? My old man, aged 49, stripped down to his boxers, got on my brother's old bicycle, crashed it into the neighbor's garage door, threw rocks over the fence into the other yard for 10 minutes straight while yelling "hong fucking kong" and then went back inside and broke two vases that were full of water, accompanied by shouting, swearing, death threats against mom, me, my brother, the neighbors, the dog, and the town mayor, and suicidal rambling. The reason for this? Steelers lost to Dallas.
    I know it sounds funny, but it was actually legitimately terrifying.

            No bets either, just a die hard Steelers fan. He's overreacted to stupid things before, but that time he just snapped. Hasn't done it since though, and hopefully not again anytime soon, lol.

    The studies conclude that your neighbour is crazy and either developing or has schizophrenia. He should seek help but probably won't. I'm surprised that no one has called the police on his rampages.
