Is it normal my mom gets mad at such little things?

my mom gets mad at really little things, like me forgetting to do something, but if one of her daycare kids destroy something I worked hard on that I kept in my room where they aren't supposed to be in the first place and I get mad and yell at them she yells at me and grounds me. but she curses at me for really little things! is it normal for my mom to be such a hypocrite?

    She's stressed. She expects you to act better then her hellish daycare kids. Moms always (and often blindly) prideful that their children are better behaved. Once the kids leave for the day and things are relaxed, tell your mom why you are upset and ask what you can do have a personal space.

    Your mom sounds really stressed as if she's juggling dozens of balls in the air. She passes one to you and you drop it :o( whereas she thinks you're her ally against the world.

    You will understand when you have as much responsibility as her.

    Try to help her out a bit to keep her calm.

    Do a few chores without being asked, make dinner and don't abuse the kids in her care - she may need the money!
