    Teach him about boundaries. Tell him that his behaviour isn't acceptable. If he won't desist, tell your parents. He needs to learn while he is still young, that and it is weird to look at your sibling in a sexual matter.

    I agree with Twilightpsycho... you should satisfy his curiosity and introduce him to your womanhood... and teach him about human sexuality. There would be nothing to be embarassed about since the two of you have an uncondtional love for one another. This would be an intimate and strenthening bond between sister and brother. Plus, you might get lucky as he gets older ;)
