Is it normal my lips peel off

my lips dont get chapped but what happens is a white layer forms on them. it starts off as a dry layer but gets soft and moist if i wait a while or put water on them. when it gets soft i just peel it off with my fingers and theres never any cuts or blood, and my lips feel smooth and normal when i take off the white layer. i will peel it off one day and then 2 days later it comes back. this has been going on for more than a year. i dont know why this keeps happening to me.

I spend a lot of time on the crapper everyday. I usually sit on it and just fart for hrs at a time

I had this beginning November for about 3 weeks. Did nothing about it but now my lips are ok. So I guess it was due to climate change.

Shouldn't you be using some sort of lip balm for this? Staying hydrated and taking vitamin E supplements might also help.

When I read the title I couldn't help but to think about someone's lips peeling slowly and falling to the ground...

It's normal, it's just dead skin. In the winter this usually happens to me or when I wake up. Try drinking more water and applying coconut oil to your lips and skin it helps.

Vaseline, olive oil, lipsed stick or other lip 'stick' , sorbolene ....any moisturiser will fix it.

Stay hydrated and use Vaseline before going to sleep.
