Is it normal my grandmother writes such notes

I live with my grandmother and sometimes she leaves me a note saying something like '' (my name) there is a soup on the oven. Open the refrigerator and take out the cheese.And eat.''
The previous night she have already told me this like 3 times. And its not like i dont know that i have to eat.
I am now 17 years old.
I think she has mentall ilness (because of other things) ...
so is this normal?or do you think she writes this to annoy me?

    She's just trying to take care of you, dude. Back in her day, people weren't so gung ho about eating whatever and whenever the hell they wanted so she feels that it is necessary for you to know that she made you soup and that you should eat it.

    When she leaves things for you to eat, how consistent are you with actually eating them? If you always eat what she leaves for you, then she is just reassuring that you do. If you do not always eat what she leaves for you, she is ensuring that you eat the meal. She is being nice. She could just complain to you all day every day.
