When my friends are around my girlfriend likes to wear underwear like bra and panties, I think it's inappropriate because I see how my friends keep looking at her but she likes the attention. I am uncomfortable with this situation but I don't know what to do, she doesn't listen to me anyway.

Seriously? I think its hard to believe but if your friends don't live with you and she just does it for no reason, that's really inappropriate on many levels.
