Is it normal my girlfriend puts breast milk in my coffee?

My girlfriend and I have just had our first child... she refuses to breast feed but tries to encourage me into drinking it... the other day she surprised me by saying she had been putting breast milk in my coffee for the past 5 days... is it normal?

    no, not normal?

I mean, the kinky part with you two having fun with lactation, thats all fine.

    But why wouldn't she breastfeed?
It's like, there's girls who have pain and stuff, but still it's weird(in this context: not normal) she'd give her milk to YOU, but not to her BABY.

She might be on medication that would be dangerous to a baby but not an adult.

technically right, but i THINK that may be a detail OP would have included in the "refuses baby, encourages me"-part, so i doubt thats it.

Screw the pain, after a needle going through I don't think that would be terrible. If I would decide to have children someday, no question that I'm breastfeeding them.

It's so much better for the child, they get all sorts of specialized nutrition from mother's milk. Formula just can't compare to the real thing.

i wholly agree with you. Just saying if she uses that as excuse to not breastfeed, she can't give HIM milk, either. -_-
I would like to eventually breastfeed as well, if i have children.

Tell your girlfriend you've been giving coffee to the baby for the past five days.

  • Quick question, did the coffee taste any differently?
I mean I've heard breast milk tastes differently so shouldn't the coffee taste different as well?

Ask her what the hell is wrong with her ? and why she would sneak breastmilk into your coffee nothing ruder than sneaking wierd things in your food or drink without notifing

They sell breast milk in Japan, but it can be dangerous if the "donor" had a disease. For your wife, it sounds like a strange fetish.

Strange, is this a fetish for her? Did it gross you out? Did you like it?

I don't understand. She refuses to breastfeed but puts it in your coffee as opposed to the baby?

OMG.. there goes my snack. I should have a puke bucket up here for some of the stuff I see on this site. No, it's not normal. I realise that some of us were breast-fed as kids, but I can't think of it right now without gagging reflex.

Id puke in her closet and tell her I've been doing it for the last five days. Im all for breast feeding babies if your able buy to sneak it into your coffee ain't cool. I know personally it would gross me out. Rather or not it grosses you out or is something you would like to do should be your choice.
