Well my girlfriend is super modest and we haven't had sex or anything yet, recently I've tried to talk to her about sex (how she feels, thoughts on me) and she basically said she doesn't even want to talk about it and that we're too young to talk about it. Is that normal? Should I care? (we've been dating 7 months)
How young are you? Does she have a background of sexual abuse? Is she strongly religious, or have a family that is? Maybe she is insecure for some other reason? These are all important questions to think about.
I wanted to vote on this, but it's at 69%, so I think I'll just leave it as is.
If she is not ready you need to respect that. If you cant you need to let her find someone who deserves her and can.
normal, but 7 months? you are just a poor little thing (unless you are 15 or less).
I've actually sorted this out... We've agreed to wait until marriage and we're very happy now. Thanks for all the advice though :)
It sounds like she's not ready to start a physical relationship.
It may be that she's too young, or just not ready.
If you really love her then wait until she's comfortable.
How old are you? I agree with Dom, there are a lot of things to think about. 7 months isn't that long at all. I mean, relationship wise. You should try to understand her side. Maybe sex is something sacred and not yet easily discussed. Also, if you don't want to wait for her, move on and like youdidwhat said, let her find someone who deserves her.
